Uber’s AI Chatbot has no business evaluating an order where there is clear crap happening. Eats driver sat in the same spot for an 1.5 hours, an AI said they were just stuck in traffic, in an empty parking lot… have proof the driver just sat parked playing games but AI wouldn’t do anything, nor would it allow me to show proof, or pick up my own order. This experience was not cool @Uber_Support
