Request Hon'ble CM Sir and PNRD minister Sir to consider the Restructure of the current remuneration of PNRD Contractual employees. At present they are paid very low according to their work load and qualification and comparing to other Cont employees. @himantabiswa @ATULBORA2

We welcome the announcement of Equal Pay for Equal Work. The Contractual Employees of PNRD Dept work more than a permanent employee but paid 1/3 of their salary. Please give justice to them too.. @himantabiswa @CMOfficeAssam @RanjeetkrDass

We need an immediate response from our Hon'ble CM Sir regarding 60 years job security and very low pay (18537) of PNRD Contractual employees . Why we are so deprived after lots of hard work and dedication towards duty. @himantabiswa @CMOfficeAssam

Same dept., Same contractual employees. After 50% increment some ASRLM employees may get up to 1.5 lakh. But GPC/GRS etc of GP level PNRD staff still getting 18537 with unlimited daily work load and mental pressure. @CMOfficeAssam @himantabiswa @RanjeetkrDass

Where a permanent employee avail various leave facility with a high salary, a contractual employee of PNRD has no leave, no holiday according to higher authority with a very low remuneration(18000). Pay according to our work and qualification. @himantabiswa @CMOfficeAssam
