Fun facts from my college kid.
In the US:
2017 someone died every 48 minutes in a DUI crash.
2010 it cost over $44 Billion in death and damage related to dui crashes.

Cue the City-Slicker jokes; I deserve them. Having too much fun tonight. Ran across this fella on patrol! *Steve Irwin voice* “Crikey, look at that wild beast!” “Look at him in his natural habitat, wouldya?” 🤣 I’m used to barking 🐶 complaints, folks. This is rad 🤙 🦌

I've said it before. One of the worst parts of our job is the aftermath of a fatality crash, having to notify the surviving family members. Plan ahead now! #DriveSober, Have a #DesignatedDriver #Uber Stop #drinking & #driving

We see so many things. Bad choices, bad crashes, people having a bad day... But over and over I am reminded of the good we see. A passerby lending a hand. A glimpse of human tenacity and courage. The kindness of a simple smile and wave. We see you. We appreciate you. #perspective
