Firefighter fact of the day 🚒: “45% of on duty FF deaths result from cardiac arrests. Sleep deprivation increases the risk of a cardiac event by 46% regardless of diet or fitness”.

Today we honour and remember the events of 9/11. The sacrifices of first responders and so many regular people from all walks of life. The acts of endless courage, kindness, selflessness and unity. We also honour sacrifices so many continue to make - even today. #NeverForget911
