Definetly they have to ammend their Supply chain policies and systems. In this agile scenario if you can't cancel orders after placing and before shipping it points out to broken systems.. just putting AI in everything doesn't help, put basic rules in your internal sys first

@SamsungIndia has one of the worst cancellation policies.They can't cancel order when its not shipped yet without any charges. If you reject at door step as well they will charge you the same. Disappointed as I own lot of their flag ship prods and this is my first direct purchase

I understand it my mistake that i ordered without checking dimensions but the empathy was clearly lacking in the call and they cant even transfer to managers on their helpline.

Pathetic customer support by @just_snabbit scheduled a service 2hrs in adv. called them up 3 times to confirm if the expert is coming or not they confirmed 3 times that expert would arrive but at 7:45 want to reschedule for next day. I would recommend @urbancompany_UC instahelp
