Very disappointed with my experience at @KenyaAirways Mumbai. I had a valid Uganda visa and a confirmed Air Arabia return ticket. I was told I could not board unless I bought a Kenya Airways return ticket. I had to cancel my Air Arabia booking, losing ₹6,000, and buy a new ticke
