Original complaint started 3 months ago. Assured4 times they have sorted it. Still waiting for a complaint call back from last week! Oh and a complaints team that don't tell you the correct information and can't deal with complaints 🤔

@TPExpressTrains Can you advise why your 7.45 service from Glasgow Central to Liverpool was showing on time. No announcement and then dropped off the screen at 7.40am? Very poor if it's cancelled be upfront about it to allow alternative arrangements to be made.
