@SAS Can you explain why the seats we paid to secure for our upcoming flight were changed without any notice? We were moved from a window to the middle row of the plane! Why take our money to guarantee the seat choice only to change it to best accommodate someone else or you?

Hi @SAS, on JFK–CPH flight today, pulled from my paid exit row seat pre-boarding for being “too dirty” Reseated randomly, separated from my group, downgraded boarding group. A companion with the same issue got moved to first class. Need real follow-up ASAP.

@Flysas so, website doesn't work, chatbot only allowed me to chat with a human before being disconnected and refuses again, and I've been on hold for 34 minutes now. Great customer service(!)

.@SAS cancelled our flight SK1854 (ALC→ARN) <12h before departure. Your website did not work and there was no way to reach you, so we had to book a Finnair flight ourselves to get to Stockholm. Under EU261 I expect a full refund + compensation + cost of the replacement flight.
