Well done to our Year 13 students today on an excellent set of exam results. 39% of grades were A-A* compared to 36% nationally. We are incredibly proud of what they have achieved despite the challenges of the last few years and wish them all the very best with their future plans

Our first ever joint event with @percyhedley was a huge success. 13 students from our CSI (Celebration of Student Individuality) helped to lead and enjoy the event which promoted inclusivity, valued everyone's differences and promoted a safe and stimulating environment for all!
Could not be prouder of our Year 8 Foundation Futures Students and their end of project presentation today. They have come on so much in the 11 weeks in terms of their resilience, self-regulation and positivity. Well done! @FoundFutureNE
Amazing talent on show last night at our GSHS Summer Concert. The audience were blown away by some brilliant live performances and by the dedication, enthusiasm and flair demonstrated by our award winners across Years 7-13. Many thanks to Miss Connor and Mrs Lee for organising!

@GSHS_School we meet every Year 6 student and their parents for a 15 minute individual appointment with a member of our Leadership and Guidance team. Such a fantastic opportunity to share everything our school has to offer and make sure our new Year 7s are ready for September!
And they’re off! Goodbye to our fabulous, hard-working , resilient Year 11s who sat their final exam today. It’s been emotional but we couldn’t be any prouder of the fabulous young people you’ve become and are so excited for your futures.
