Congratulations to Flt Lt Roberts and Fg Off Lawrence of KLA Liverpool who received thier Certificates of Meritorious Service from His Majesty's Lord Lieutenant of Merseyside, this evening.

Our group of 9 cadets headed down to Lympstone to take part in the Pringle Trophy competition today. This weekend the cadets will tackle tasks such as the Royal Marine obstacle course, section attacks and map reading among other things. Good luck everyone! #CCF@GSTCCF#ASPIRE
Adventure Training is, put simply, the process of learning through adventure-focused experiences. Adventure and challenge often go hand in hand and nothing builds confidence—not to mention a pretty awesome sense of accomplishment.
Yesterday saw cadets tackle their fears out on the crag. AT activities offer an outlet for physical energy and opportunities for teamwork.
In this environment cadets take ownership of each other's risk, building trust and developing leadership.
Lots of endeavour from all!
AT activities also develop physical and mental robustness whilst exposing our cadets to controlled risk, enabling them to develop risk management strategies and creating independent and responsible people.
Archery and Fforest Coaster today!
Yesterday saw cadets participating in challenging activities, arduous at times, requiring courage, determination and self-discipline to succeed.
Lots of smiling faces keeping cool underground.
