@ThreeUK £1 Cafe Nero coffee offered to 0.02% of your customers is hardly a 3 plus benefit. Last week 80000 to 30000 this week is a massive drop. We have 3 accounts in the household and not one of us managed to get the offer at 9am on a Monday!

@ThreeUK Been without calls incoming and outgoing since 13.30 in London. Husband and daughter the same! Poor customer service with no honesty about the service. @Ofcom are you going to do anything?
