15/ A week in, Airtel still hasn't given me the consent record for any pack, SMS delivery logs, a complaint number (asked 4+ times), a way to pay only the undisputed amount, or my outgoing calls back. I'm not paying for packs I never agreed to. Taking this further.

1/ @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence charged me ₹4,939.50 for international roaming packs I never asked for and never approved. I've been through customer care, the Mumbai appellate desk, X DMs and a DoT grievance. Nobody will reverse it. Here's the full record 🧵

14/ I'm ready to pay the undisputed ₹1,476.76 today. The Airtel app won't let me. It refuses any amount below the full ₹6,416.26, disputed charges included. So I can't pay what I owe without also paying for packs I never agreed to, and my outgoing calls stay cut.
