@TMFanSupport someone got into my account, and transferred my tickets out. I contacted chat immediately and was told this morning I would have a response from an agent in 4 hours, 10 hours later nothing. Still no response to my DM as well.

@TMFanSupport Response sent to DM. One question that is a head scratcher for me. To speak to an agent, to change password, etc, it makes us do the 2nd verification (text to phone). Why in the world would you not have to do the same to transfer tickets? This would cut out A LOT of this fraud!
