@GarethEeson I stand on the patient’s left for open foregut cases and the right for open pelvic cases so the dominant hand (usually for both surgeons) has a good angle for the action.

For robotic cases, encourage sewing with both hands but offer to switch the needle driver to the left

Important findings from Alliance A021501 at #GI21: Preop mFOLFIRINOX/RT did not improve OS compared to historical data for BR #PancreaticCancer. 18mo OS was 67.9% in mFOLFIRINOX and 47.3% in mFOLFIRINOX/RT. mFOLFIRINOX should be the reference in BR PDAC. Abst #377 @ASCO @ASCOPost
