A real kick in the teeth for lowest paid staff @UofGlasgow Covid bonus £600 awarded to highest paid staff on £68-100k is 2.4 times more than bonus of £250 for lowest paid on average of £18k who struggled the most- sad, disrespectful & insulting to them🙈

UofG's response to this article contains more lies and victim blaming, claiming 'no reasonable explanation was offered' for property damage. A meeting to explain the damage was followed by an email the next day which stated 'your actions did not directly cause damage to the flat'

Yesterday’s UofG report into racism noted the lack of diversity in management.

And minutes from June 2020’s Court meeting detail the of appointment two white men while saying ‘we need more diversity’

The same meeting they decided investment in arms was OK, while affirming ‘BLM’
