Reading lots of tweets about families stranded by @SouthwestAir with no help with lodging, transportation or baggage - not just from what happened in Orlando, but from the #polarvortex as well.

It ruined the last day of our Disney vacation and now we’re driving over a thousand miles in a rental car because otherwise we’d be paying for two nights of a hotel room ourselves. They wouldn’t even tell us over the phone whether or not they’d put us up.
@SouthwestAir After by far the worst airport experience of our lives, it’s up to Southwest to give us a reason to reconsider. If they don’t, I guess that’s that.
We are having to drive 1,141 miles in a rental car after @SouthwestAir at @MCO cancelled our flight with hours’ notice, then refused to put us up in a hotel, or to provide transportation to another airport, or even to return our bags. I’m one of the customers they lost today.
@SouthwestAir Yeah right. As if you weren’t sure whether your customers would dislike suddenly being stranded without any of the assistance an airline is supposed to provide. You know - you just apparently don’t care.
