We still have too many currencies: Credits, Gold, Boosters and Tokens… I have 310.000 tokens, I regularly spend hundreds each month but I am skipping on variants I’d buy because they come on 9K tokens bundles that I don’t need. I’m a customer, not charity. Let me buy what I want!

The problem is the application process itself is broken. You have to fill the exact same information from your resume to their Workday or whatever system they are using. And then after 15/20 mins of useless time spent on my end they will screen my application with Keyword/Sentiment ML before even reading my resume. If they are allowed to use ML why wouldn’t I use it to speed up the application process too? At the end of the day job hunting feels like a numbers game anyway

We need to teach kids how to learn to use any tool tho, tech changes very quickly 🚅
