@binaryADD @binance My dear doppelganger, @binance moved all strat from nbr 1 address (their cold wallet) to hot wallet. This means they will be staking 15 mil strat unless they plan on moving it or selling, and that is 60% of network weight. Is that a problem or? @chrisblockchain @CryptoKrushang
