Oh hai @chilternrailway. Hope you are all well. Wondering if there is any update on more carriages 🙏🏻? The 7.30 from Haddenham was short again today so standing room only, but I did manage to get a comfy seat in the luggage hold which I can recommend to my fellow commuting pals.
Industrial action will affect Chiltern services between Monday 29th January – Tuesday 6th February, with no trains running on Sunday 4th and Monday 5th February. Please check before you travel.

@mjspillan@chilternrailway I don’t understand why trains were delayed so much by 2 trespassers who weren’t on the line anymore…..? Thousands of thousands of people disrupted - this feels like a significant over reaction @chilternrailway now you will have to pay £000s in compensation.
@chilternrailway@GXCommuters They’re not on the railway any more If they were you wouldn’t run the trains at all just more incompetent operations This is an issue at West Ruislip according to driver
@chilternrailway hello please can you tell me why the 17.49 which was absolutely over loaded and delayed 21 mins was forced to wait 10 mins at West Ruislip to let a train pass which was only delayed 10 mins?
@DaneS134 im sorry your journey has been delayed, this is due to trespassers on the line, please use the following to claim delay compensation, https://t.co/T6UHcAlZHX ^CN
Due to trespassers on the railway between Neasden South Jn and London Marylebone trains have to run at reduced speed on all lines. Train services running to and from these stations may be delayed by up to 15 minutes. https://t.co/9MiIq3PBOv
@chilternrailway morning please can you put a note in the app saying the app is wrong and trains are not running. There are hundreds of people at Gx who turned up and now want refunds. A lot of people don’t look on twitter.
@chilternrailway Thank you locks are £60+ so this is disappointing there were no signs up at all last week. My lock was marked with my name and postcode so it wasn’t abandoned property.
@chilternrailway good morning have all the bike locks been removed from Gerrard’s cross bike storage area? No one can find there locks? What is the process to get locks back? There were also no signs up advising of lock removal. Please can you lmk. Thx
Hi @chilternrailway have you implemented enhanced cleaning procedures on trains & in stations in light of coronavirus? If so if there any plans to release a statement to update passengers on what you’re doing similar to the regular comms @tfl are providing?
I saw a man on the tube platform this morning blowing his nose with one hand and looking at nhs coronavirus advice on his phone with the other.
He got plenty of space on a packed train, incredible gamesmanship!
