🚨BREAKING: An ICE agent was filmed acting completely unhinged, spraying pepper spray down a residential street, in Santa Ana… with no one near him.

In the video, he’s walking around screaming, “Back the fuck up or you’re getting sprayed right now!”… while just firing the pepper spray in random directions down the street.

There was no crowd, no physical threat, just an unhinged agent spraying a chemical weapon all around a neighborhood.

And just so we are clear… Pepper spray is force. You don’t get to deploy it because you feel tense, or want to intimidate a neighborhood. Force has to be tied to an actual, immediate threat.

Spraying blindly down a residential street puts kids, families, and bystanders at risk.

It’s reckless, excessive, and it’s exactly what happens when agents think accountability doesn’t apply to them.

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents surrounded a car in a University of Kansas parking lot, handcuffed the driver, and patted down a young girl against the vehicle.

And the university found out the same way students did… social media.

In the video, you can see an agent talking to the passenger, then opening the back door, pulling out a young woman, and having her turn to the vehicle to pat her down.

Their justification? The car had a connection to a prior DUI.

A prior DUI, on a registration, does not give you the right to drag every person out of a vehicle and search them. The passenger, and the young girl in the back seat, aren’t suspects.

Ordering them out and patting them down without independent, reasonable suspicion for each person, is a 4th Amendment violation.

And this is the pattern we keep seeing…

ICE flags a vehicle, treats everyone inside like a criminal, and people disappear.

Even the sheriff said agents “swoop in, cause chaos, alter lives and sneak out without so much as a word.”

They’ve been using minor infractions… or records that have nothing to do with the people in the car, as pretexts to stop, detain, and demand papers.

Half of ICE’s arrests in Kansas, since January, involved people with zero criminal convictions at all.

And this happened one day after ICE agents showed up at a Columbia University dorm at 6:30 in the morning, told staff they were looking for a missing 5-year-old girl, and used that lie to get inside without a warrant. They walked out with a student who had done nothing wrong… and only released her after New York City’s mayor had to take it all the way to the White House.

They lied about a missing child to take a college student from her bed.

On February 17th, agents were patrolling church parking lots and positioning themselves near an elementary school during morning drop-off. Now they’re following cars onto university campuses.

Schools. Churches. College campuses. All places where kids are supposed to feel safe… and where unaccompanied minors are easy to isolate.

They’re getting paid per body, and they know exactly where to find the most vulnerable ones.

🚨 This new ICE rule should outrage EVERYONE… because it proves “do it the legal way” was always a lie.

People who entered the U.S. legally… with visas, paperwork, inspections, everything… are now being arrested at their green card interviews simply because they once overstayed.

Not for a crime.
Not for fraud.
Just for a technical lapse the green card process was literally designed to forgive.

For decades, if someone overstayed but had a U.S. citizen spouse or family sponsor, the law allowed them to fix it through an adjustment-of-status interview.

That was the official “legal way.”
The line they were told to get in.

Now the government is using that line as a trap door.

Show up to your interview 👉 you risk detention.

Follow the rules 👉 ICE treats you like a criminal.

Try to legalize your status 👉 you get flagged for removal.

And this isn’t just hitting families… it’s hitting asylum seekers, too.

People fleeing violence or persecution who filed their claims exactly the way the law demands are now walking into ICE ambushes because their visa expired while they waited for the government to process their case… which the government takes years to do.

They aren’t “illegal.”
They aren’t skipping the system.
They are literally in the middle of the legal system… and being punished for it.

This policy makes it nearly impossible for huge numbers of people to ever obtain a green card, no matter how perfect, peaceful, or compliant they are.

And it exposes the truth:

The people screaming “do it the right way” never cared about the right way.
Because even when immigrants DO follow the process step by step, the government is now turning that process into a deportation pipeline.

If the legal path leads straight to ICE custody, then there is no legal path… and that is exactly the point.

@pjaicomo There's no way these guys are completing accepted FLETC training for federal agents. It sounds like they get less than half of the reasonable amount of escalation of force or deadly force training that's required of any local law enforcement trainees.
