@elijah_godsil @GOPoversight This, along with the very specific wording in the Bill Of Rights clearly indicates that the “inalienable rights” recognized by the Constitution belong to Individuals and not Citizens.

If this were not the case, than someone would need to argue that rights are not inherent.

@elijah_godsil @GOPoversight That’s irrelevant. The intention of the census is to count all inhabitants - not citizens of the US. Thanks to our wonderful history, non-citizens have always made up large portions of our population and, as a result, we’re factored into the count.
