@girdley After being burned by VRBO, I mainly use hotels, but if we need a rental, booking direct with a reputable local management company beats VRBO every time on both total price and quality.

VRBO should pay customers a fee for the time involved in trying to use a broken app. We are done with VRBO and their competive peers.

1. Download photo from VRBO/AirBNB
2. Upload to Google images
3. Find the direct booking website
4. Book with them and save big

Can be make "fees" illegal? They are out of freakn control. Want to VRBO a place for 3 nights. The total was $282, that's fine... the total at the end of checkout is $567.31, literally more than the total of the cost. Absolutely wild.
