@thephysicsgirl Sorry you’re going through this, it’s a long and frustrating process to find what treatment works. Low doses of Amitriptyline (10mg) helps the pain for me, and my fatigue became more manageable on it too. NSAIDs did nothing. Fingers crossed your symptoms improve asap🤞
