@Ryanair Can anyone tell me how long you have to claim refund? My flight is cancelled was due to fly on Sat but the online form is telling me my ref num incorrect - which I see is happening to many others too. Does the refund have to be requested before you were due to fly? 😭

From today (13 Mar) until Tue 31 Mar, Ryanair will waive the flight change fee for customers who wish to change their travel plans due to the current Covid-19 outbreak. This policy applies to all existing and new bookings.

Big difference - and the family plus option is expensive even versus the cheapest fare! Almost 50euro per person per flight!!! Fare change would have been cheaper @Ryanair #Covid_19 #Coronavirusireland
