Urgent help needed to restore and save the two community libraries being run in Kishanganj (Bihar) by Seemanchal Library Foundation.

The library structures are shaky and might not survive the rains.

As per the NITI Ayog report, seemanchal is at the bottom of the index in terms of health,education and development.This is because the region has been denied of better educational institutions for so long. We urge the Government to release the fund of already approved University.
