Today, the Dept. Of Natural Resources announced the promotion of Capt James McLaughlin to Lt Col. Lt. Col. McLaughlin will be the new Asst Dir. of the LE Division under Col England. He will oversee all field operations for the Division. Congratulations, Lt. Col McLaughlin!
Today we join the public safety community in mourning the loss of Corrections Officer Robert Clark.
