Hi! Just a reminder to use person-first language when speaking about people who have disabilities- saying “boy who has autism” instead of “autistic boy” etc. etc. emphasizes the person and their abilities rather than defining them by their disability. Oh and don’t say the r-word!

Not sure if it’s the fact that I’ve grown up with someone who has a speech impediment but the belief that Biden comes off as less intelligent/unprofessional/unfit for president due to his stutter does not sit right with me at all

As a stutterer myself, just want to say it’s not Biden not knowing things all the time when he speaks. He is stuttering. He just tried to say “making billionaires richer,” but had to adjust and say “making billionaires r- more wealthy.” This is how stuttering is like in real life
