On top of everything, this chart is wrong. Willis Tower including its antenna is taller than the Empire State building including its antenna. Willis with antenna is 1,729 feet.
Waymo AVs, for example, doesn't pay for public parking and has already wracked up over $65,000 in parking fees in San Francisco alone. Meter Feeder CEO says all AVs should be paying for parking like the rest of us. https://t.co/uP7ZFdeTCk
A Pittsburgh company @MeterFeeder has completed a humanless public parking transaction w/ an autonomous vehicle. They say it's the first step in unlocking $20m, and potentially up to $500m, in public parking revenue that AVs aren't paying to munis. https://t.co/uP7ZFdeTCk

Tina’s in Bloomfield has started full-service dinners. A 3-course dinner comes with 7 dishes including dessert and is $55. Highlights seasonal ingredients. I enjoyed every bite.
@vhexcellentmail Idk, can’t just be geography. Cook county Illinois (Chicago) has more municipalities and its flat. Probably has more to do with a lot of industry starting company towns and influence from Ireland and their creation of home rule charters imo
@justrightjim A recent Wilkinsburg annexation attempt into Pittsburgh also failed pretty spectacularly. There really is no local appetite for it, even though a lot of civic leaders I know say it would help
@pghshecat What’s funny is I bet if you polled people on if their towns should shrink and have more “local control” they would support splitting up even more.
