@thetomdiego@Constans314@constans > That all religions point to the same truth
Not as foreign as you might think. Acts 17:23, Paul preaches to the Athenians and rather than dismissing their religion, says "What therefore you worship as unknown, this I proclaim to you."
@thetomdiego@Constans314@constans > He said that God is non binary
The Catechism of the Catholic Church, paragraph 239, states: "He is neither man nor woman: he is God. God is pure spirit in which there is no place for the difference between the sexes."
@YarGolubev@VraserX No other medical treatment works that way. And really, insurance and socialized medical systems will give it away as quickly as possible to avoid having to pay for the diseases of aging like cancer and neurodegeneration, their biggest expenses.
@VraserX The day significant longevity breakthrough is announced, it will be the biggest day for quitting jobs and filing for divorce. People who had decided it was "too late to start over" will change their view very quickly.
@bravesfanshaw@psyopsanta it's supply and demand. that's it. there's more demand for nurses than supply, so salaries are high. it has nothing to do with how long you went to school.
@romanhelmetguy "the bank" is a general placeholder, you nerds. you want them to do a breakdown of someone's asset classes when they make a political statement?
@DrunkBilby@ImperiaITweets@RyanLEllis Real talk though, if your premiums are $67,000 per year, that's basically like paying for cash for cancer treatment already.
@solopribuilds Generally pretty awesome. I’m still happy that I understand how code works. But it’s always been about getting the thing built however you do it.
@capjack2000@JoeyKnish22 This only works when you have no assets. If you have a 100k bill and you have 100k or more in the bank, they are 5000% going to sue you.
@JoeyKnish22 This is straight up not true though. You're going to have to pay up front, but they will 1000% see you and actually prefer it to dealing with insurance.
