@PenEE221 @AppJ1027 @Savageboston Half these towns are in the red because they aren’t developing anything or growing, and Marblehead itself has 1000 less children in its schools then even 10 yrs ago. They are failing their “character” . Towns reject even market rate housing let alone affordable

@GarrettPetersen This is incorrect. All my married friends with kids play games. Because of their jobs/kids/careers… they don’t have time to meet in person, so we game. My single friends still go out so I can socialize with them in other ways.
