Please allow me to share some of my thoughts on the “Ama Namin” issue as a devout Catholic and as a sociologist. There have been many views, I don’t think mine is any better, but I share merely to get them out and maybe engage with a few people.
It was six years ago, and my mate, Pink, had just been told he was going to die. He accepted the news with a grace I can only marvel at, but he said he’d a list of things he’d still like to do.
We sat in a pub one night and read it over. Eight things? Four months? Ok. Deal.

What happens when you catch COVID-19 the 2nd (3rd, 4th, etc.) time around?
Now we finally have the large data analysis (involving more than 5 million people) to reliably answer the question.
If you make streets safe and bikeable so that someone can bike to work instead of spend on commuting or gas, you likely save them P50-100 or more per day. That's a few meals' worth, so you're feeding them too. With everything getting more expensive - just something to consider

This video really speaks to me, and summarizes a lot of my introspection growing up.
I absolutely needed this information so easily accessible before, and I still need it now. I love this channel, and I think this video in particular can be extremely helpful for many
Proof of life and random accomplishment for the year:

When I first started, I couldn’t even do one pushup with perfect form and full range of motion.
Now, I’ve been doing 60 perfect pushups every day. 😇
