Happy Election Day NY-10!
I started my busy day at PS 276, where I got to talk to some early risers heading into vote. Strong turnout in Battery Park City.

“[Dan Goldman] is a fighter for working men and women of his district. We need Dan Goldman.”
Thank you @KathyHochul for the kind words of support. And to the 31 NYCHA TA presidents, 20 labor unions, and community leaders in Chinatown, the LES, Sunset Park and Red Hook who are supporting this campaign.
New Yorkers, tomorrow is the big day - make sure you have a plan to vote so we can keep delivering results for the working class and immigrant communities that are the backbone of our city.

From leading the first impeachment of Donald Trump despite his blanket obstruction, I helped establish the blueprint for how to uncover his corruption and hold him and his cronies accountable.
I’m honored to be endorsed by my colleagues who served as impeachment managers in Trump’s first and second impeachment trials.
When we win the majority in Congress, I look forward to leading the vital oversight work we must do so that we can pass a bold agenda to invest in working families.

This poll is not remotely close to an accurate read of this race.
The data we’ve seen shows a dead heat after messaging. Emerson is assuming an electorate that looks exactly like the once-in-a-generation turnout Mamdani mobilized when he was on the ballot, with approximately 50% higher youth turnout than a traditional midterm electorate.
This model shows 82% of the electorate with a higher ed degree in a district with motivated working class communities spanning Chinatown, the Lower East Side, Sunset Park, and Borough Park that overwhelmingly support Dan.
To say this would be unprecedented would be generous.
Not for nothing but this same poll had Cuomo beating Mamdani by 10 and Maloney beating Nadler by 10. We know how both those turned out.
Game on.
House Democrats are currently fighting tooth and nail to protect prevailing wage requirements in Congress.
Meanwhile, Brad Lander spent this morning at a forum blaming the housing crisis on PLAs and the Building Trades negotiating for fair wages.
If you can't stand with labor you don't belong in Congress.
I'm proud to be backed by the 20,000 hardworking women & men of @CarpentersNyc. You have a fighter in your corner.
I'll never stop working to ensure that union workers are treated with dignity & respect. Grateful to stand alongside you as we lift up working families.
NY-10 is my home. It is my honor to fight for my neighbors every day.
I look forward to earning re-election to enact a bold, progressive agenda, defend our democracy, & hold Trump accountable.
Others may talk a big game, but I can’t wait to keep doing the work on behalf of NY.
.@BOLDDems for @danielsgoldman!
“Dan Goldman is doing the work. When Democrats take back the House this November, we need him there,” says Chair @LindaTSanchez.
Stadiums get multi-million dollar tax breaks, then jack up the price of concessions.
Everyone should be able to afford food at a game.
That’s why I introduced the HOTDOG Act — directing the FTC to study concession pricing at sports venues.
Hear what @BrooklynNets fans think!
Brad knows this isn't true, but he's saying it anyway.
Brad is a multimillionaire, as is Dan. Neither of them are billionaires.
The former Comptroller seems to struggle with numbers, which may be why the Mayor didn't think he was competent enough to join the administration.
