My interview w/ Seema Verma of @OracleHealth. The former administrator of CMS left no doubt that she agreed with her colleague Ken Glueck that "Epic CEO Judy Faulkner was the single biggest obstacle to EHR interoperability."

Screw it. Let's make a list of all the voters who have said they voted for Bill Belichick.
Shouldn't be hard to narrow this down.

UPDATE: Oracle still hasn’t acknowledged the mass layoffs.
Employees are tracking the carnage by watching Slack accounts vanish.
•Roughly 3,400 gone already from slack channel reports- insiders say closer to a 10% RIF, company-wide.
•Cuts span entry SDRs to SVPs with 10+ years tenure.
•Directors terminated without their teams even told.
•Oracle Health (Cerner, $28B deal) cleaned out: Care Delivery, Consulting, and more.
•Entire ACS + NetSuite groups in the Philippines erased via “Business Update” invites being reported.
•In Washington state, Oracle filed a WARN notice for 101 layoffs - on top of 161 in August.
Oracle’s “quiet” layoffs are anything but.
Where we're at:
—HHS says it's ousted the CDC director
—CDC director says she's not been fired and isn't leaving
—In meantime, at least four senior officials have resigned
—This is all happening only a month after RFK's "handpicked"-now-ousted (maybe?) CDC director was confirmed
@Boorish_Sports what does this practice tell us? It tells us there's too much analysis of this team/league between the 30 beat writers, 300 twitter experts and millions of neurotic fans hanging on every snap from a practice in August.
It is appalling how little coverage the shootings at the CDC received. A government agency was attacked with over 180 rounds of gunfire and David Rose, a responding police officer, was killed in the line of duty.
Vaccine disinformation and hostility against science have escalated to deadly violence — a threat not just to institutions, but to all of us. Dr. @celinegounder's reflections are essential reading for anyone concerned about the consequences of disinformation and the silence that often follows these tragedies: https://t.co/EcKrzXeVBx
The bodies aren't even cold yet and this guy is comparing it to friggin' football? Once upon a time these kind of comments would stick with someone for the rest of their career.
Abbott: You ask, I'm going to use your words: Who's to blame? Know this. That's the word choice of losers. Let me explain one thing about Texas. Every square inch of our state cares about football. Every football team makes mistakes. The losing teams are the ones who try to point out who is to blame. The championship teams are the ones who say don’t worry about it, we got this
New this AM: @Samsung bought @xealthinc . For Samsung, adding Xealth will help connect its wearables and remote devices with clinical data from hospitals. I got a chance to speak with Mike McSherry about the deal.

Now all that's left if for Trump to sign the Medicaid-tax-cuts bill, but you probably want to understand what is in it for healthcare.
