Using a non-confrontational approach when talking to Ss about behaviour is key when trying to de- escalate a situation. When the student is calm, that is the time to reflect and discuss alternate strategies for managing a situation. #BEHsupport @vincegalea82

Q1 The strength of the SEAC is that the agencies offer insight into a variety of exceptionalities and can shed light on issues for their specific group. The limitation is if the representation does not evolve to reflect the needs of the community. #SEACchat@vincegalea82
