@HiveHomeUK - I've spent 15+ hrs trying to resolve what seems a relatively simple issue, but your support team are hopeless. I need to raise a complaint and told to do this by phone - only I'm greeted with "sorry there's no-one to take your call." You've got to be kidding me!!!
@HiveHelper Can you remove an "offline" Hue Hub from my Hive account? Had issues for weeks where it's lost the link with my Hive - I believe a recent firmware update may fix this. As a side issue, what's happened to tech support (03332029614) and Live Chat? There's no-one there!

Sent a parcel via @Hermesparcels on 17th Dec. I was in the parcelshop when the driver was there - the shop scanned parcel but driver didn't and the tracking hasn't updated since. Very suspicious! How do I make a claim? Your telephone line is useless - no-one to speak to!!
