🚨 RETAILER ALERT 🚨

Important request to all mobile retailers

⚠️ A new fraud is rising rapidly. Please be alert.

🔴 Fraudsters call you for high-end (expensive) phones.
🔴 They first demand expensive mobile phones.
🔴 Then they claim an acquaintance or employee will visit your shop to collect the phone.
🔴 After that, they send a fake UPI/bank payment screenshot and pressure you to release the goods.

🚨 If you encounter a suspicious call with a similar modus operandi, report it immediately to the cyber police.

This fraud is currently happening in Delhi NCR, but it could spread to other states tomorrow as well. Therefore, please share this message with every distributor and retailer in the country.

❌ Remember: A screenshot is never proof of payment.

✅ Only release goods when:

The amount is actually credited to your bank account.
The payment is successfully visible in your bank/UPI app.
Check your bank balance yourself instead of relying on SMS or screenshots.

🛑 A small moment of negligence can cause a loss of thousands or lakhs of rupees.

🙏 I request all fellow shopkeepers to pass on this message to as many retailers as possible, so that no one becomes a victim of this fraud.

My brand new Mahindra Thar (Reg: DL 1CAJ 1209, VIN: MA1UN2J W7R2K12007) has suffered severe Electrical System Damage—not due to use, but due to FAULTY WIRING of an accessory MANDATORILY installed by your authorized dealer, Concept Automobile.
The forced purchase policy and substandard installation of this accessory have resulted in a damaged vehicle. The dealer's policy directly caused the failure!
Now, Shubham Sai Service Centre (Mayapuri) is completely refusing warranty coverage for the damage, instead demanding a shocking ₹41,000 for repairs!
This is unacceptable: Damage caused by a DEALER-FORCED, faulty installation must be covered under warranty. This is a clear case of exploitation and deficient service.
I DEMAND immediate intervention from M&M top management. Resolve this unjustified warranty refusal immediately and instruct the service center to repair the vehicle under warranty. Hold Concept Automobile accountable for their faulty workmanship and anti-consumer practices!
