It’s been less than a year we purchased a new Kent RO. Facing lots of issues. Technician has changed all filters and is asking to change membrane !! In less than 12 months !!! Hope Kent sees this and takes appropriate action. We should be given a replacement .

@KentROSystems Someone from the service center called and said every year we will have to change the filters and membrane ! That’s a recurring cost of Rs 7000/- or monthly @ 600/- Isn’t that too high ? This is the most expensive to maintain RO system we seem to have bought.

The entry to Shela - Club O7 road is closed on S P Ring Rd !! Leaving option of only VIP Rd option which is partially closed right at its entry !! So virtually there’s a very thin entry option for ENTIRE SHELA !!!!!
