@Vodacom I requested a call back about a new device and the agent I spoke to cut the call on me when I didn't want to take the model he was offering instead of the model I originally enquired about. Shocking client service.
@WOOLWORTHS_SA Good morning @WOOLWORTHS_SA , this is just my weekly follow up to find out what is happening with my query which has now been open for 2 months. The last person who I spoke to (Shafeeq) assured me that he would personally be dealing with his query is now on leave.
@WOOLWORTHS_SA I logged a query with your customer care centre on 13th November and have not had any feedback despite following up several times. I keep getting told someone will call me back, with the last person promising to call me "in 3 hours" on Friday. I'm still waiting.

@WOOLWORTHS_SA And what did they say? This has now been ongoing since 13th November. This is disgusting service from both the social media team as well as the client care team. If you're not able to source the prize I won then surely you can come up with an alternative solution?
@WOOLWORTHS_SA Any update on this. Someone called me yesterday and was supposed to call me back with a date that I could expect delivery but once again, I've heard nothing.
@WOOLWORTHS_SA I am currently on a call with your customer care division and once again I am not getting anywhere. I really don't know how to escalate this because nobody has any information and I keep getting told there's a 3-4 week delivery time but we are now on week 5. Abysmal service...
