@Walgreens order with delivery via @DoorDash Delivery person refused 2 deliver my order. How is that possible?
Now I can't get a refund because I can't go into the store because I have a newborn which is why I was getting delivery in the first place. Urgh! Make it make sense. 🤬
@Drizly Finally used ur app told by the store owner that they won't deliver 2 my door. Lame excuse that no one is delivering even though I have daily delivery from companies 3-4 times a week. I'm supposed to take my CC and ID to some guys car....ok... right. #badcustomerservice
@Delta On hold for 15 minutes re: bereavement fare. Transferred twice. Hung up on by representative without any information. Customer service for those grieving should be important. Really disappointed and frustrated.

@AmazonHelp@amazon Ur reps lied 2 me twice 2day about a package delivery. If u can't control shipping due to 3rd party providers please stop offering 2 day shipping. When it doesn't arrive u just blame carrier & ur customer's needs take back seat.

@AmazonHelp When we order we don't know which company is delivering. I've had no problem receiving packages from FedEx and USPS. I was not told that I needed to be home. I would have just ordered for a Saturday delivery or had it shipped to my job.
@AmazonHelp UPS didn't leave my package. 3 different reps told me it would be delivered again same day. That's not possible as UPS won't deliver until the next business day. The reps never explained this to me. Just kept placating and telling me it was on its way. Frustrating.
@nationalgridus Received a ridiculously high bill. Called customer service 2 investigate & ur agent HUNG UP ON ME. Still in shock. I was on hold for 20 minutes and she hung up on me.
Clearly customer service is not important to you.
