@JurysInnsHotels attempted to amend a hotel booking for Jury’s Oxford. Told to call @ExpediaUK. Waited an hour on phone while Expedia tried to charge me $400 to change the booking! Eventually spoke to Jury’s Oxford reception, sorted & no charge! Feeling very deceived!

@JDSports You’ve confirmed that you’ve cancelled my order now. I think it’s really poor practice for you to accept an order, receive payment and then (almost immediately) say you have no stock left. Meanwhile I have to wait several days for my money to be returned.

His route was from a struggling state school in the South West. Over 80% of student intake at his college this year is from non-selective state schools (Mansfield College was 96%). He’s had both in-person & online tutorials
