@stokesmayo @Fwd_Party I also don’t think that having a position on something actually means that a party takes action that advances that position. eg Rs being pro a balanced budget but not balancing the budget and Ds promoting decreased corporate influence in elections yet taking PAC and corporate $s.

@stokesmayo What if we’re currently under this veil but don’t know it? What if we’re just trying to figure it all out now but Rawls (or whoever) just forgot to set a time frame and we’re really dragging out the convention? I think this is the most likely scenario.
