I initially thought it was an issue with my bank, but I tried using my wife's bank account too and the same problem occurred. Multiple payment attempts, yet no ticket booked. Please fix this.

Really frustrated with @IRCTCofficial. I'm unable to book train tickets through both the IRCTC mobile app and website. This has happened twice today and also once last week. After completing the payment, it redirects back to the payment page instead of confirming the booking.

@hpgasservices @HpgasPune HP Gas leakage helpline (1906) is extremely unreliable. The line is always busy and the IVR options don’t even work. In emergency situations, there’s no easy or quick way to reach a real person. Its a serious safety concern that needs urgent attention.

Urgent help needed. In my village Vadgaon Pan, a senior Congress activist met with a serious accident and is admitted to Medicover Hospital. Patient is on ventilator but treatment under Ayushman Bharat was denied. Family says his funds are stuck in Doodh Ganga Patsanstha.

Hey @ZeptoNow, what’s the point of showing 9 min delivery when my order placed at 10:09 AM and delivered at 11 AM? 😡 On top of that, the delivery partner’s number is not reachable. Really frustrating experience!

@redBus_in Hi Akshata, I still haven’t received any call. Please provide me a direct customer care number where I can speak with an executive. The num [phone] only gives IVR options and never connects to a person. This is very frustrating, kindly arrange a call or share working number
