Urgent attention required. I am travelling in Train No. 12972, Coach S1, having boarded from Jorawar station. The entire reserved coach is overcrowded with passengers without reservation/general tickets.

Extremely disappointed with @makemytrip. Booked flights to Phu Quoc with luggage, but the tickets are showing blank for baggage allowance.
Their customer service is non-existent—stuck in a loop with a bot that can’t "retrieve info."

No email support, no verbal communication, and even the Versova offline store refused to help. What is the point of booking through a platform that provides zero accountability?

this is our national highway
where vehicles must b able move at 80 to 100km speed
but it's crawling at just 6 to 7km speed
& it takes 2 hrs to cover just 4km at usual time NH48 towards Mumbai

& Still they collect toll fees!
is this justifiable? RT
