Bravo ! Finally , major support from courageous and brilliant men and women who are not afraid to fight something that’s unconstitutional, illegal and immoral ✊
This particular transfer of the 30 billion ( third tranche ) to the national treasury for unprogrammed appropriations is unconstitutional, illegal , immoral and a betrayal of public trust .
It’s a sign of callousness and lack of compassion to the Filipino people whose only hope is a good healthcare system and stealing the funds allocated for stakeholders when public health is in shambles would be repulsive.
