@danl3v@SFBART Frequent delays, waiting time between trains, the extra time it took to get to Millbrae after making it the last stop (after SFO), the filth, the lack of communication when trains were delayed, and one subjective reason: it didn’t feel safe.
@CapitolCorridor what’s up with the first morning train leaving Sacramento? How can we use the service for daily commute to work if the train is late 20+ min everyday. Today it was 40 min late, last Thursday it was 1 hour late. I give up.

@Uber charged me in two separate rides extra money because the ride(s) ended up taking longer than usual. I smell SCAM. The Uber app estimated an arrival time that Google Maps showed 15min extra before arrival.
@SFBART@danl3v I stopped riding BART this past May… I was a daily commuter. The escalator at Millbrae station (platform) has been out service for over a year
@robertcvenegas@SFBART And what about the train going to Millbrae making a loooong stop at SFO opening and closing the doors multiple times? Bart is a joke
@SFBART Millbrae user here. The 20 min frequency is awful. The trains are ALWAYS late. Poor communication on the app or station screens, it’s always a guessing game. I dread that monday is almost here and I have to ride BART because there is no other alternative. BART sucks
@SFBARTalert Bart is such a mess. Stuck in Millbrae. The train should have left 5 min ago and nothing… the worst part is the lack of communication. I hate Bart
