American women and minorities should fight H-1B harder than the average American White man.

Almost every tech company has QA. That work is product testing, writing documentation, and filing tickets for the development team. It is one of the most accessible jobs in tech.

A huge number of American women with a basic degree can do this work well. It is a natural fit for women who want a stable job with decent pay, some equity, lower day-to-day stress, and enough room to raise a family.

Corporate America is not giving those roles to them. Too often, companies fill them with H-4 Indian women instead.

Even if American women filled 100% of those jobs, I would have no problem with that. What is wrong is handing that ladder to H-4 housewives while American women are far more intelligent. In the age of AI, this job is even more easy.

If both husband and wife work in tech, it is an ideal setting to put kids in private school. We are destroying current-generation and future-generation growth with H-1B and H-4.

If minorities in America want to take their families from middle class to upper-middle-class life, college education is not enough. You need to get white-collar jobs, and those are currently blocked by the H-1B and H-4 job cartel.

Every shade of American is becoming poorer now.
