.@GallBarrett has been crushing his training these last couple of months!

The goal was to get him prepared to run a fast 60yd dash for his big showcases this summer

In less than 2 months his 60yd dash went from a 6.91s laser to a 6.57s laser

He ended up being the fastest at his 2 major showcases and is in the top 1% of all 60yd dash performers among high school recruits

Additionally his vertical is up to 35.2”, which is over a 10% increase

His top speed is approaching 22MPH and he’s officially a bonafide speedster!

This didn’t happen by accident… Barrett has been training his tail off for this all summer and is continuing to prioritize his speed training with me this fall
