We are big fans and supporters of @colcloughgarden, bringing many food-loving travellers on tours to them over the years. @GallivantingIre

Saturday night, 6pm @EnniscorthyCast I hope to see you there for this equally fascinating and funny talk on the Duffry, or Dubh Tire Wildwood, the ancient forest which once wrapped itself around the castle!🌳🌲🌳

Whos up for some stories!? @EnniscorthyCast Sat 16th at 6pm. I'll be telling stories of the forest Dubh Tir, the tribes, the rituals, the magic and the trees of course! Hope to see you there!! #thingstodoinwexford
Met some wonderful people today, wexford is very well represented & everyone is very excited about our @TasteWexford_ additions to the attractions!
Shocking photo from Terry Byrne showing just how much plastic and rubbish flows down the River Slaney. Taken today after yesterday’s #Flooding. #Enniscorthy#Wexford
Was out collecting lots of lovely bits for my Christmas table yesterday, absolutely loving the @TasteWexford_ tote, got the best part of a tree in there! Ideal xmas gift for foragers! #shoplocal#Christmasgifts
A friend who works in Subway told me a woman came in yesterday and in her order asked for pickles. She then shouted nastly calling my friend stupid, made her remove the gherkins and replace them with pickles. Apparently "gherkining is not the same as pickling"
