🇬🇧 UK Government to legally take over the YouTube algorithm.
They will force the platform to promote “approved” content and hide critics of the regime.
Pure dictatorship in disguise.
This is an attack on free speech.
Stop it before it’s too late.

🚨BREAKING: UK GOVERNMENT TO TAKE CONTROL OF YOUTUBE ALGORITHM
This is pure authoritarianism
Keir Starmer's/Andy Burnham's Government is set to control the YouTube algorithm by LAW stipulating that they must push "APPROVED CONTENT" to UK Citizens
And independent voices who criticise the government will be pushed to the back of the queue making it harder for people to find
YouTube has acknowledged this is happening
This must be stopped
My mind is still blown by this. My wife's very expensive bike, was nicked. No Police. Someone had a car robbed, there was CCTV, no Police. Someone was burgled, no Police. A woman was stalked, no Police. A man was mugged, no Police. ALL in the same area.
What did Alastair do to warrant a 'check your thinking' visit?
*checks notes*
He highlighted how a new Green Party Councillor (thus likely insane) allegedly has an issue with people drinking outside my local pubs, as THEY HAVE FOR THE BEST PART OF A CENTURY.
Said Councillor I've met. I brought up the insanity of the 'Tit Whisperer' nutjob liar that is the party boss and all his insane campaign manifesto. Also that transwomen are men. The response was 'yeah, but, you're not voting for him' and some 'blah blah'.
Correct, I was offered the chance to elect someone from a party who had aligned with Jihadis and, apparantly personally, has an issue with the politest people in London having a beer next to the River.
I've lived here for 6 years. The landlords, landladies and bar staff know my name, my wife's name and our babies name. As do the corner shops, coffee shops, supermarkets, postlady etc
I've NEVER seen this councillor in any of the pubs here.
Heck, until canvassing time I'd never seen him ANYWHERE
I’m a former police officer… we’re seeing a pattern… an apparent presumption that in any inter-racial altercation, if there’s a white lad involved, he’s the guilty party.
This was not good policing… the lack of situational analysis, the apparent assumption the white lad was in the wrong, and the inappropriate use of force - the female police officer who body slammed the young lad against the shutters - were all unprofessional.
The language “walk to the fucking car you dick” was also highly unprofessional.
We have to restore British policing. Only one party has a credible plan for doing so @RestoreBritain

Can’t help but think about how Scotland would have set up in a game like this. Probably sat in, not had a go, given up most of the possession and tried to hit Cape Verde on the counter attack
This is deeply concerning.
Photographer Alastair Hilton was enjoying a pint with a friend when two Metropolitan Police officers tracked him down and warned him about his posts on social media.
Mr Hilton was asked to step outside the pub, where the officers read out the section of the Crime and Policing Act 2026 under which they threatened to arrest him should he cross the line.
This was all because Mr Hilton had shared a post protesting the actions of a local Green councillor, who had successfully campaigned to remove the outdoor seating from three pubs on the Thames riverside near his home.
While we do not approve of intimidating public office holders at their homes, gathering at a pub in the vicinity of a councillor’s house and standing up for your right to sit outside and enjoy a beer is not a crime.
We can already see how this legislation — with this provision having come into force only on 29th June — can be manipulated to silence dissent.
The Met Police again appear more interested in dealing with free speech disputes online rather than tackling real crime.
@London_W4, the FSU will write to you today.
🚨BREAKING: LOCALS IN GLASGOW FURIOUS WITH POLICE
"WHY DID YOU PUT A MIGRANT SEX OFFENDER IN OUR COMMUNITY!?"
The police did nothing for days when a girl was raped
But the community complain about migrants who do this and they're out in force to protect them
🚨 If you are a white person in Britain and you get assaulted by ethnic minority men:
The police watch on and wait until you are on the floor before moving in to arrest YOU.
The police make no attempt to arrest your assailants, letting them run off without consequence.
The police call you a “dick”.
The police hit your head against the police car.
The police then put a statement out claiming they are satisfied with the conduct of the officers.
The police demand the footage proving their statement to be false not be shared.
All because the Police ‘Race Action Plan’ demands officers do not “over police” black people.
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.
The Tories introduced these disgusting programs to force police to be institutionally racist against white people.
Labour continues them.
Reform will ABOLISH all Race Action Plans and ensure EVERYONE IS TREATED EQUALLY.
Find me this lad. He deserves the best legal team we can muster to fight his corner.
We are not watching another local lad go inside for them to release more child rapists.
I genuinely can't believe Birmingham Police have posted this.
Instead of acknowledging the mistakes made, they appear to be doubling down.
They're even asking people not to share the footage, because, in my opinion, they are clearly in the wrong here.
This video has already circled the world multiple times.
People will keep sharing it because the video has raised major questions about whether the policing was fair and proportionate. The public have every right to scrutinise incidents like this.
Dear SFA President Mike Mulraney, SFA Chief Executive Ian Maxwell and Steve Clarke
Cape Verde have embarrassed you lot during this World Cup.
Cape Verde showed you lot up to be as useless as we’ve always known.
The days of you lot trying to gaslight us into thinking we don’t have the players, or the quality, is over.
23 of the 24 players for Cape Verde play in Europe and only 1 plays with a top six club.
Pico Lopes, a central defender, is aged 34 and was found on LinkedIn selling houses.
Cape Verde proved that our squad of players were poorly coached and our mindset was so negative that it killed our best squad for a generation.
But that didn’t matter because we had Mr Alloa, sat at the top of the SFA tree, handing out 4 year deals.
You lot need to go. You’re not fit for purpose
#Scotland
I can’t let this go unchallenged.
That young man was, in my opinion and based on the video below, the clear victim of an assault.
The video shows, for reasons that are entirely beyond my comprehension, the officer steaming directly into the victim.
The officer made no effort to prevent the attack or apprehend the men who had just administered the violence.
What I see in the video is the officer using speed and aggression at the moment of peak danger and confusion against the victim.
The victim then controls himself the moment he realises it is now a police officer attacking him and not one of the multiple men who were attacking him a fraction of a second earlier.
In my opinion Birmingham Police should drop the charges against this young man and ask the officer why she went for the victim on the ground and not the attackers!
More evidence of two-tier policing against white people in Britain.
This young man was attacked by ethnic minority men and instead of arresting them, the police arrested the victim.
Only Reform will put an end to this.
🚨UK GOVERNMENT WANT TO BURY CITIZEN JOURNALISTS
YouTube contacted me to advise that our government is trying to get them to prioritise “trusted” content providers such as BBC, ITV & C4
🧵 a thread. 1/4
The 'Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport' has quit X and states the platform 'favours abuse and misinformation over meaningful debate.'
Labour is going to try and ban X.
If they do, Restore Britain will fight them in the courts and at the ballot box.
This is a total disgrace.
It is absolutely not the role of the police to intimidate members of the public - especially while openly admitting no law has been broken.
An affront to free speech and a massive overstep of authority.
The public expects the police to focus on real crime, like stopping burglaries, not squandering taxpayer funded time and abusing their powers by actively undermining free speech.

I’m well aware of our glorious victory in 1314 over the English (tho it took another 14 years of fighting before England recognised Scottish independence — then there was a second war of independence after that!!).
But I do struggle to understand how dwelling on a medieval battle over 700 years ago will help attract the AI investments Scotland badly needs, improve the quality of its declining schools, modernise its fraying infrastructure, run an underperforming NHS properly or even teach us how to build a simple ferry on time and on budget (a skill which now eludes us).
But maybe I’m missing something. There’s always Bannockburn.
This astonishing story by the Spectator’s @johngconnolly should be seen as a national scandal. After the George Floyd protests, the Treasury – yes, the *Treasury* - ditched its numerical reasoning test for prospective employees because it created an adverse impact on candidate diversity. Utterly staggering.
