@CoachTatum90 Sure, we replaced IZ with DOU to mirror our GT and GH counter scheme. We are using DUO for a base play for read, bam, insert, and RPOs, as well as PS and oppo back alignments. Then grouping our OZ and Fly blocking schemes. So, it’s basicallytwo blocking schemes.
@CoachTatum90 @kdawgswift Eliminating the tush push in HS football, at least in Oregon, has been one of the saddest rule changes ever. We still run Snead, but it’s just not as fun!!
@CoachLamb1@DanBlackbourn Yep. 💯. We ran counter against everything, run it weak unprotected/protected, run it steong with H motion back, throw in a couple doses of OZ or short H/Y fly weak and then more counter. Chop the back, oppo the back. Just get so good at running gap against any front and look.
@CoachSCDub We have been talking about adding some Duo to our zone/counter offense. We don’t always have a TE type kid. What about making it part of Tight bunch package? I think that’s implied in this clip.
@Coach_GAdams We do some forward and shoulder rolls in our high school contact prep and it is certainly the case that it’s difficult for many. Never really focused on correcting it or repping it more. I like what you are doing!
